It feels like it was a super short week with me not being here for two days but you were still working hard. It's time to make sure you enjoy the gorgeous weather this weekend and get outside.
Also, I'd love for you to have a chat with your families about the top 6 Bills we had a panel discussion about. Hopefully, this will help to solidify, in your own minds, which Bill will most impact the quality of life of Canadians and we will vote on it on Monday. Next week: 1. Monday, October 22 - final Bill vote - Bias presentations begin 2. Friday, October 26 - PD Day: no school for you Have an awesome weekend! A busy Parliamentary week for us with a robust question period session. I'm looking forward to next week's panel discussion to decide which Bill is the one that will be most beneficial to Canadian quality of life.
Don't forget to give your portrait pictures to your parents - remember, they have to love you unconditionally so even if you didn't like your picture, they'll appreciate it (fingers crossed). If they are not ordering your pictures online, the actual order form is due back to me by Monday, October 22nd. Next Week: 1. Monday, October 15 - final storybook presentations, panel discussion on Bills (prepare according to your role) 2. Tuesday, October 16 - Social Studies chapter 1 test. Source based and multiple choice. Have an awesome weekend! Hello all,
